TREE KILLED 37 PEOPLE IN IMO STATE...............

Yesterday was a bad day for the people of Imo state as a big tree called the 'UKO' killed 31 people living some people half dead.This incident occured on Thursday night in Umudagu, Mbieri community in Mbaitoli council area of Imo state.
This tree fell down around 8pm, Thursday night, during a rainstorm also left scores of persons injured and about 7 others either buried in the rubble or missing.The size of the disaster was occasioned by the fact that under the tree is a location of a popular night market described as “Ukwu Uko market” meaning the market under the ‘Uko’ tree.The Elders of the community had described the tree as an ancestral landmark that should not be removed.Hmmm,what a bad day for them..MAY THEIR SOULS REST IN PEACE

This accident happened today around 5pm at Ijoju, Sango Ota as a trailer crushed an Okada man and his female passenger while they were trying to manover a trailer.MAY THEIR SOULS REST IN PEACE...AMEN
